{"id":3490,"date":"2017-01-24T10:31:11","date_gmt":"2017-01-24T10:31:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grupoimesapi.es\/?p=3490"},"modified":"2017-02-28T16:15:06","modified_gmt":"2017-02-28T16:15:06","slug":"gestion-centro-atencion-usuarios-del-ministerio-empleo-seguridad-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grupoimesapi.es\/es\/gestion-centro-atencion-usuarios-del-ministerio-empleo-seguridad-social\/","title":{"rendered":"Gesti\u00f3n Centro de Atenci\u00f3n a Usuarios del Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>CLIENTE: MINISTERIO DE EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>PA\u00cdS: ESPA\u00d1A, Madrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">SERMICRO<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000\">ha sido adjudicatario del\u00a0<\/span>Servicio de Gestion del Centro de Atencion a Usuarios (a trav\u00e9s del canal IECISA) para el Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Este servicio, por un lado, gestiona las incidencias y consultas gen\u00e9ricas de usuarios internos de los Servicios Centrales del Ministerio, y por otro, da soporte a las incidencias de la Direcci\u00f3n General de la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, realizando entre otras actividades:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Resoluci\u00f3n de incidencias en primer y segundo nivel.<\/li>\n<li>Diagn\u00f3sticos de aver\u00edas onsite.<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n a usuarios sobre actuaciones previstas y novedades.<\/li>\n<li>Colaboraci\u00f3n en la gesti\u00f3n de aver\u00edas de proveedores externos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A nivel de los Servicios Centrales del Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social, se proporciona cobertura a m\u00e1s de 22 edificios, junto con Consejer\u00edas, Secciones y Oficinas de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A nivel de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, adem\u00e1s de a sus Servicios Centrales, se da cobertura a 52 Inspecciones Provinciales con un total 92 edificios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3491\" src=\"http:\/\/grupoimesapi.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/M\u00ba-EMPLEO-Y-SS1.png\" alt=\"M\u00ba EMPLEO Y SS1\" width=\"525\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CLIENTE: MINISTERIO DE EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL.
