{"id":3441,"date":"2016-12-29T09:32:36","date_gmt":"2016-12-29T09:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grupoimesapi.es\/?p=3441"},"modified":"2018-12-12T09:10:15","modified_gmt":"2018-12-12T09:10:15","slug":"aena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grupoimesapi.es\/es\/aena\/","title":{"rendered":"AENA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=\u00bbDescripci\u00f3n del Proyecto\u00bb use_theme_fonts=\u00bbyes\u00bb][vc_separator css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1483003537849{padding-bottom: 32px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column_text]<strong>Servicios de Gesti\u00f3n y Mantenimiento de Sistemas<\/strong> para Aena, (Sede de servicios Centrales, 45 Aeropuertos y 2 Helipuertos) de toda Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto consta de 3 lotes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lote 1<\/strong>. <strong>Servicio de Gesti\u00f3n de Sistemas H24,<\/strong> realizado de modo presencial y que incluye entre otras \u00e1reas: Servicio t\u00e9cnico de Sistemas Unix\/Linux, Windows (configuraci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y explotaci\u00f3n de los servidores), Servicio de Explotaci\u00f3n H24 y CPD (Service Desk y Soporte DTIC H24), Servicios del Centro de Gesti\u00f3n de Sistemas y Servicios de Microinform\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lote 2<\/strong>: <strong>Servicio de Mantenimiento de los sistemas SIPA<\/strong> (Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n al P\u00fablico de Aena, <strong>Carteler\u00eda Digital, Videowalls, Totems<\/strong>), con cobertura 24&#215;7 y ofreciendo mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y condicional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lote 3<\/strong>. <strong>Servicio de Mantenimiento UCA<\/strong> (Uso Compartido de Aena) y que incluye el soporte de mantenimiento global de <strong>todos los equipos electr\u00f3nicos<\/strong>, entre otros.
