{"id":3856,"date":"2017-03-09T12:31:20","date_gmt":"2017-03-09T12:31:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grupoimesapi.es\/?p=3856"},"modified":"2018-11-21T12:41:35","modified_gmt":"2018-11-21T12:41:35","slug":"sustitucion-fachadas-carpinterias-edificio-aeat-cordoba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grupoimesapi.es\/en\/sustitucion-fachadas-carpinterias-edificio-aeat-cordoba\/","title":{"rendered":"Sustituci\u00f3n de fachadas y carpinterias en el Edificio de AEAT en C\u00f3rdoba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>CLIENTE: AGENCIA ESTATAL DE ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N TRIBUTARIA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>PA\u00cdS: ESPA\u00d1A, C\u00f3rdoba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Agencia Estatal de la Administracion Tributaria, ha adjudicado a <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em><strong>ECOCIVL<\/strong><\/em><\/span> (Divisi\u00f3n de Conservaci\u00f3n y Medio Ambiente) el \u201cPROYECTO DE SUSTITUCI\u00d3N DE FACHADAS Y CARPINTER\u00cdAS DEL EDIFICIO DE LA AEAT DE C\u00d3RDOBA\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El inmueble se encuentra emplazado en el \u00e1rea correspondiente al centro hist\u00f3rico de C\u00f3rdoba y data aproximadamente de 1980. Posteriormente se han ido haciendo peque\u00f1as actuaciones en el edificio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El proyecto tiene como objeto la sustituci\u00f3n de las dos fachadas exteriores, oeste y sur, debido a las actuales patolog\u00edas que presenta, y la sustituci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n de algunas carpinter\u00edas interiores del edificio; todo ello orientado hacia el objetivo final de garantizar la seguridad de trabajadores, usuarios y viandantes, as\u00ed como dar un adecuado servicio y mantener en \u00f3ptimas condiciones las caracter\u00edsticas est\u00e9ticas del edificio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para ello <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em><strong>ECOCIVIL<\/strong><\/em><\/span> realizar\u00e1 las siguientes actuaciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8211; Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de fachadas, patio y lucernario incluyendo la sustituci\u00f3n de carpinter\u00edas exteriores e interiores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8211; Consolidaci\u00f3n y limpieza de elementos de revestimiento y acabados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5077\" src=\"http:\/\/grupoimesapi.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/AEAT-CORDOBA2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"582\" height=\"478\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3857\" src=\"http:\/\/grupoimesapi.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/AEATC\u00d3RDOBA2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"468\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CLIENTE: AGENCIA ESTATAL DE ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N TRIBUTARIA.
